As of 31 December 2006, OGK-4’s installed generation capacity totaled 8,630 MW that accounts for approximately 3.9% of Russia’s total installed generation capacity and for about 5.75% of Russia’s total installed thermal generation capacity. More than 75% of our generating capacity is located in the fast growing Central, Urals and Western Siberia regions of Russia. We strive to benefit from the favorable power plant geographic locations to the maximum extent possible by enhancing operating efficiency and strengthening our competitive advantages in the regions where we operate. In the light of strategic development through organic growth we consider existing assets as a source of necessary cash flow generation and a solid platform for the creation of the Company’s value.
