Our business – production of electric power and heat – is crucially important for the life of the regions of presence and economic development in the scale of the whole country. That is why the key-principles of our corporate responsibility are the following:

These positions determine everything that we do. On these grounds all our efforts are aimed at sustainability and prosperity of our business as system forming and basic for the economies of the regions.
OGK-4 aims to take into account interests and needs of the shareholders, customers, suppliers, habitants of the territories of presence and other groups of stakeholders. Management of the activity in the sphere of corporate responsibility is realized through constant cooperation with the stakeholders through dialogs, negotiations and special meetings (for more details see section “Dialog and cooperation”).
On the basis of detailed analysis of the environment, internal processes, industry trends and agreements that were reached as a result of cooperation, the Company plans its further development. OGK-4 annually renders an account to its business and social surrounding for its activity in the sphere of economical, ecological and social influence on the stakeholders through publication of the Report on corporate sustainability and social responsibility.
